Small value loans are equivalent to business loans which are extended only to small & medium-sized enterprises. It may be used to finance working capital and/or capital expenditure requirements of businesses involved in the trading, manufacturing and service sectors. The customer should be in the field of their business for at least 5 years and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of running the current business.
